It's the start of a great semester...

Hello Friends and Family!

There is a newsletter coming your way but things are happening faster than we can get onto paper and into your mailbox.  So here is a quick update for you all...

We are seeing great things happening and the semester has just begun!  Praise the Lord! We have all the paperwork in with the campus and we are now an official organization on campus.  This means we can have our main meeting and our small groups on campus now.  We have had a regular attendance of 10-15 students that attend our weekly Chi Alpha meeting on Tuesday evenings.  Kyle has knocked it out of the park with messages like: "Dandelions & Sheepheads" about living as a Christian in the world, "The Mosquito Ringtone" about hearing the voice of God, and "Mutant Puberty" about the baptism of the Holy Spirit.  Never a dual moment with Kyle ;)  Also, last night we had 7 guys and 10 girls come out to the weekly small groups!!  Again, praise the Lord!

Kyle sharing about Sheepheads (the fish).

The signage works!  More stories to come!

In other news...we had our baby!!!!!!  Asher Lincoln McAllister was born on January 19th, 2015 at 2:04pm.  He weighed in at 7lbs 7oz and is 21in long.  Everything went great and we were released the next day.

Abigail loves giving Asher kisses.

Thank you for your faithful support of Chi Alpha at Ohio University and for praying for this campus!
Together we are seeing lives reconciled :)

Fall Breakaway 2014

Wow!  What a great weekend we had at Fall Breakaway!  This is who you all were praying for:

Left to right back row: Grace, Aric, Brittany, Kyle, Tyler.
Left to right bottom row: Selena, Natalie, Mariah, & Sam.

Since we have not officially started anything and Kyle spends 100% of his time on support raising, it was a great time of connecting with the students.   One of our students even rededicated her life to Jesus!!!  During the last debrief on Sunday morning several students talked about wanting to pray for the campus and start witnessing.  This past Tuesday, Natalie was able to take Sam out onto the campus for her first time witnessing...ever!

We CANNOT wait to train and equip these students for the awesome things the Lord has planned in advance for them to do (Eph 2:10)  Our budget is now $300 away from being complete!

Thank you for praying!  Thank you for supporting us! This is so exciting!
